We do not produce brochures or printed material, we supply Digital Files or Print-Ready PDF's. Print -Ready is a term used to describe a file that has all the specifications necessary to produce high-resolution printed output, without requiring any additional alteration or intervention. In other words, a commercial printer can use the file “as submitted” to successfully create the desired print materials.
Our Graphic Designers are very professional and all care is taken with your design work however after the purchaser has approved the final proof we will not accept responsibility for errors, the cost of the physical production, the loss in cost of advertising or any other costs due to errors.
The printer is responsible for checking artwork before plates are made, accuracy in measurements, plates tolerance requirements, registration and construction detailing.
If you are not totally satisfied after you have received your first proof we will offer you a 100% refund except for logo designs. Any edit requests after the first proof has been sent then no refund will be possible.
You can have up to 3 rounds of changes made except for page size changes for brochures. Additional changes can be purchased in our store. Spelling and grammar is checked and fixed however the final responsibility falls on the purchaser. Please check all your content and final proof before proceeding with production. It always pays to have another person also check your work.
We will endeavour to have a proof ready for you in 3 to 5 workings days, however this is dependant on the size of your job. All proofs will be emailed to the email address provided. If you haven't received your proof please check your Junk Folder before contacting us. Proofs will be watermarked and will be unprintable.
After the final proof is approved a high res final piece of artwork will be sent to the purchasers email address. After approving the final proof all responsibility of errors falls on the purchaser.
Final artwork will be emailed to the email address provided. On some occasions they may need to be sent via a cloud service due to their size. A link will be emailed to gain access to the files to download.
